v1.3.2 release note:
1.Fix url problems.Since 1.3.1, we have relaced the blank with dash(-), which caused a lot bugs.
2.Fix term mix-case bug.
3.Add an option to strip illegal chars.
4.Fix can't create multiple tag modules bug.
Note: update xmap,sh404sef,artio-sef plugins if necessary.
