v1.3.1 release note:
1. Fix bug:Missing argument 3...
2. Allow Term description html format input.
3. Fix term weight bug.

1.Fix url problems.Since 1.3.1, we have relaced the blank with dash(-), which caused a lot bugs.
2.Fix term mix-case bug.
3.Add an option to strip illegal chars.

4.Fix can't create multiple tag modules bug.

Newly added features:

   By default, this option is not enabled, please enable it in the configuration.

   With this module, it will be really easy to show some special tags.

Bugs Fix:

1. Filtering the entire contents of articles in Tag Manager.
2. Fix tag html formatted description bug.

4. Fix term name can't update bug.

Currently, Tags don't support a view to show all tags. However, we can use xmap to show all tags.

1. Create a new menu called tag.(Joomla Menu)
   
2. Add a menu item.(Joomla Menu Item)
   
3. Create a new SiteMap, we can name it tag.(XMap)
   
4. Add menu tag to the SiteMap tag, and sure tag only contains the menu tag.
5. Open Options->Preferences
   
6. Just copy HTML Sitemap url, then you can get a page with all tags.

1. Update from Version 1.1.x or 1.0.x.

   To update from version 1.1.x or 1.0.x, you need uninstall all extensions, including components, modules, and plugins.

   Note: To keep all tags in database, please make sure the file  /administrator/components/com_tag/uninstall.joomlatags.sql is empty.

2. Update from Version 1.2.x.

You can just install the latest version, it will update automatically for you.
