Subject :HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed

<p>When i have the author plugin set to  "Yes" in the configuration, i'm getting this error in IE8 (note: only when logged in higher than author)</p>
<p>HTML Parsing Error: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed (KB927917)</p>
<p>This results to disabling add tag for the author.</p>
