<p>I am getting this message in my server logs:</p>

<p>Line 47 in this file corresponds to:</p>
<p>$pluginParams = new JParameter( $plugin->params );</p>
<p>I am running Joomla 1.5.15 + Tags for Joomla 1.3.0.</p>
<p>Is there any resolution on this one?</p>
