If I translate tag in Joomfish, I can see translated tag in front end, but after click on it I can see only error message "Warning
Sorry, but the tag you request does not exist!". When I delete this translated tag, JoomlaTag start working normally.

So, maybe the problem is with incorrect data base queries as it is shown in this tutorial http://www.joomfish.net/en/documentation/developer-docs/64-compatible-query-construction ?

Maybe someone have a solution how to translate tags with JoomFish?

P.s. Joomfish xml translater file witch I use is in attachment

Sorry about that.

I will try to find the reason and give a new release.

I am so busy recently, so that I don't have any time to focus on the joomla extension development.

Hi Xtream, how were you able to translate the tags in JoomFish ? I have been searching without success. Additionally I don't see your "joomfish xml" attachment.

The idea I would have to display tags in the appropriate language would be to use 2 instances of the new Custom Tag Cloud. The only problem is how to display a different module according to the language.

Found this page on joomfish.net: (scroll to Want to display certain module position only into one language?)

http://www.joomfish.net/en/blog/30/90-language-dependent-design-of-course-with-joomfish-only

I'm having the same problem now: if I translate just 1 tag I get the error:

404 - Could not find tag "ms"

If I remove all translations it works again.

Result is the same with and without default Joomla SEF (with mod_rewrite).

Please help, Mr. Joomlatags !

To fix the 404 Could not find tag error when translating, just add the tag id to the URLs. The solution has been posted on the Joomfish forum: http://www.joomfish.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=5242&hilit=joomlatags#p25632
