<p>I have installed the plugin but I have 2 problems.</p>
<p>1. The plugin don't optimize the js files.</p>
<p>2. After a time the site revert to his initial state withouth css and js file optimized.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>What I must to do?</p>

<p>Similar issues here with the latest version.  I can optimize and position JS (to bottom of page), but <strong>the exclude filter does not work correctly</strong>.  I have to use the plugin without JS optimization.  Otherwise, this is a wonderful plugin!</p>

<p>Interesting this is aggregating most of my script js files that are in the joomla head, and that are coming from components, but it does not aggregate script files that I have put in  my template after the jdoc:include</p>
