<p>I edited the xeditor tag.php plugin from com_content to com_jseblod, but when I try to add a tag from the editor it saves the tag, but wont link it to the article.</p>

<p>The only work-around I've found so far is to first create an article (no tags added), then add tags from the front-end. <br />It's clunky and more time consuming but works fine.</p>
