Hi guys,

Firstly great job with this plugin, I have tried all the compression and this comes out top of the tree for my site.

I have just discovered that with the cssjscompress enabled my JCE editor for adding articles through the frontend does not appear at all. I have gone through my source code and added all the javascript and css files to the "exclude" fields in the plugin seperated by a comma. The plugin recognises some of these entries but still decides to compress others even though they are in the excluded field.

I have tried adding an exclusion to the direct part of the component itself but it appears this only works for the full component, for example: com_content&view=article&layout=form

Still no joy, turning off cssjscompress renables the frontend JCE editor which is required heavily for the admins on my website.

For now this has forced me to disable the plugin :(

Please advise?

I am here for the same reason, CSSJCOMPRESS and the JCE editor are nor playing well together. The editot works finr inthe back end, but wont display any JCE editing menus in the front end (tiny works).

Turning off "optimize Java files" makes everything happy again, is I suspect it is an issue with order of the scripts on the page. Any suggestions?

I have JCE on all my sites.

Something that break JCE will not be install on them

I will report that to JCE to see if we can pinpoint the problems

CssJsCompress dont have a way to insert certain CSS or JS file as exception to leave them untouch????
