<p>I've installed CssjsCompress 3.3 on Joomla 1.5.15 and having the same problem.<br />Also none of my JS files work correctly but I don't know if it has something to do with this problem?</p>
<p>Is there already a solution for this? Does this has anything to do with Joomla's SEF?</p>
<p>For example my header image is normally: "templates/wormur_nl/images/Header.jpg"</p>
<p>but with cssjscompress enabled it is: "home/strato/http/power/web8/40/38/51965538/htdocs/templates/wormur_nl/images/Header.jpg"</p>
