1 Dear [NAME],
We are glad to give tags a new  release(Version 1.2.7). In the new version, we have the following improvements:

1.All tags view. (New)
We could only show all tags with XMap before, and now we can show all tags in tag cloud mode. In all tag view, you can customize tag order and meta information.

2. Add rel="tag" to all tag modules.(New)

3.Add the max number of tags to show at  the bottom of articles.(New)

4.Add an option not to transfer terms into lowcase.(New)

5. Replace strtolower with JString::strtolower, and ucwords with JString::ucwords.(Bug Fix)

This may solve some UTF-8 character problems.

6. Also fix some other reported bugs.

Please update to the latest version, and give me feedback.
